Noncommittal and anonymous registration for the driver assistance system study in Wuppertal

Hello, we are very pleased about your interest regarding the participation of our driver assistance system study.

For the purpose of the study, a camera system, which was developed for automatic driver detection will be submitted to various function tests. Among others we will check if the driver detection functions reliable, independently from the individual external driver characteristics (e.g. height, hairstyle, of the driver, wearer of glasses).

In order to achieve the greatest possible diversity concerning the external appearance of our participants, concrete combinations of different external characteristics were defined in advance, which should be present in the sample of participants.

To make sure you are a suitable study participant we would therefore need a few personal details, which contains …

… various features of your outward appearance (e.g. sex, age, height, eye color, ethnical belonging, hairstyle, bearded, wearer of glasses)
… if you are in possession of a German driver's license (Class B) (necessary requirement for study participation)
… your phone number and email address where we can reach you after checking your suitability for participation in the study.

On the following pages we are asking you to enter the above-mentioned information. This will only take a few minutes.

Further information (such as name or address) are not necessary. We will register your data entirely noncommittal and anonymous. We assure you that all information provided by you will be used exclusively for the stated purpose and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
